Cheval Dressage League 2012

Dressage league open to all airc riders and there will also be a class where it will be open to all riders, Riders will be required to compete at 2 of the 3 dates and the final to be eligble for the prize at final, Points will be awarded to each riders according to their dressage score, Best 2 scores and the final count, Flyer attached on the home page

Cheval Team Challenge 29th April 2012,

Anyone interested in becoming apart of a team please let maria know by the 20th april so we can arrange teams or you can also arrange a team among yourself and your friends, The event is open to all and anyone can take part in this event, Once you have a rider that can jump at a hight of 90cm that can take part in the jump off in the event of a tie breaker, Teams consist of 4 riders , each rider can jump from a height of 70cm to 100cm, Riders will be required to jump in the morning and the afternoon, each team of 4 person will all jump together one after the other , there will be jumps in thre arena covering all heights, so you will not be jumping your max height through out the course of 1-8, fro example your 80cm rider will be jumping 2-10 some of them jumps will be 70 and 80cm respectively, Flyer on the main home page,

Spring Show 13th May 2012

Flyer will be coming soon on the home page, Our Spring show is the start of one of our busiest shows of the year, Cheval will be running the dressage and working hunter classes at the show, and Drynam RC will be holding the showjumping this year at the grounds, We Cheval welcome Drynam RC onboard and look forward to working with them, Every year cheval run this show at the grounds and it has always been a success, We like to ask other clubs within our region would they be interested in running the showjumping classes on the day of the show so that the club will also hopefully do well,

RDS Jumping Qualifers May 2012

Any Cheval rider who is Intermediate grade or above is eligble for selection process for the team jumping qualifiers that are held in May, date and venue TBC , The Committee and an outside party who is NOT involved in cheval in anyway help decide our teams, as always we always endeavour to pick all members who are interested in jumping on a team, Any rider with 2 horses that put themselves forward will be asked to select there strongest horse and you will only represent one team on the day unless otherwise stated at the time picking the teams, Some of the factors we consider in picking a person would be team playing among others, So if anyone would like to compete on one of our teams please put yourself forward to maria carrick @ 0876241743

Cheval Pre Festival June 2012

Our biggest show of the year, !! We hold all classes from dressage, to showing and working hunter to jumping, This show has for the last number of years now been ran the weekend before the National AIRC 2 day Festival, So our show is the final big show before the prestige AIRC event of the year to get your final practising onboard, Flyer will be released soon on the main page

National AIRC Lancelot awards 2012 / 2012

Congratualtions to our chairperson Maria Carrick on getting nominated in firstly the NER Awards where she picked up Club Member of the year 2011, She then was put forward representing the NER in the national awards via the AIRC where she was nominated club member of the year again, Well done Maria
